Clocking In
Lisa had recently started working at a new job. As part of the job, she had to clock in and out using a time clock. Lisa had never used a time clock before and was worried about making a mistake. On her first day of work, Lisa arrived early to ensure she had enough time to figure out the time clock. She approached the clock and saw that it was already being used by another employee. She waited patiently for her turn, observing how the other employee used the clock. When it was her turn, Lisa nervously swiped her badge and entered her employee number. The clock beeped and printed a receipt with her clock-in time. Lisa breathed a sigh of relief, grateful that she had successfully clocked in. Throughout the day, Lisa made sure to check the time regularly to ensure she didn't miss her clock-out time. She asked her coworkers for advice on how to use the time clock and practiced using it during her breaks. Over time, Lisa became more comfortable with using the time clock and even helped train new employees on how to use it.
